Shipping and Returns

  1. Hong Kong Local Delivery Service

    We send the item directly to the delivery address provided by the customer when the order is filled in. The delivery service is not available to restricted areas, hotels and P.O.Boxes.

  2. Self Collection at Store

    If you decide to self collect the item at our store. At the check out section, go to information before shipping and check the self pick up box. Customer has to collect the item himself/herself and must show order confirmation email and present proof of identity and credit card or debit card for payment for verification.

  3. Packaging and Delivery

    We provide sealed packaging to ensure no third party will come into contact with the item. We or the delivery companies on our behalf may request recipient to present his/her proof of identity for collection, ensuring the item is delivered to the recipient. 

  4. Authorized Collection

    If you wish to have someone else to pick up the item for you, the authorized representative of the recipient shall prepare the following documents upon collection:

    (1) Authorization email; Please send us an email stating your order and the name of the authorized representative to cs.pndiamond@gmail.com. 
    (2) Copy of proof of identity of recipient that shows his/her photo;
    (3) Copy of the credit card or debit card for payment;
    (4) Self Collect Confirmation;
    (5) Proof of identity of authorized representative;
    If any one of the necessary documents mentioned above is failed to be provided, we are entitled to reject the collection by the authorized representative on behalf of the recipient.

  5. Handling and Time of Delivery

    We make delivery arrangement within three working days after receiving your orders.
    For self collect at store, customer will receive an email of the notice of delivery within 7 to 10 working days. For local delivery by mail, we will arrange delivery by our delivery companies within 7 to 10 working days. The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of delivery companies.
    There will be adjustment to the handling time of payment confirmation and arrangement of delivery due to individual payment made.  

  6. Pre-order Items
    For pre-order items like Love Letter Collection, the order period will take about 4 weeks.

  7. Sold Out Items
    In case if the item is sold out, we will contact the customer about the waiting period or refund to the customer's credit card.

  1. Shipping from Hong Kong to local Hong Kong address is free.                                                                                                                                                                                   
  2. For overseas shipping, a shipping and handling fee of HK$200 to HK$500 (depending on the gift) will be charged. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage occurred during shipping.
  3. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. Customer should be responsible for any tax fee.
    Shipping from Hong Kong to Overseas and China

       4.  Engraving products need 5 extra working days.

5.  Your order might be shipped with different logistic company, depend on situation.           

6.   Please note that if the products are returned because of undeliverable address, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and a re-stocking and administration fee of 10% of the total price. Any balance will be refunded back to the customer's credit card.
